Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 -48 hour notice. Our Policy: Last minute cancellations will result in the artist being responsible for the full cost of the session cost. No new bookings will be permitted without covering the cost of the cancelled session in addition to the new booking. There will be no exception to this rule!
